HAPPY EASTER!
I hope you and your loved ones are enjoying a healthy, positive start to 2022.
Thankfully, the Hobson’s Choice Team are all fit and well, having returned refreshed and re-invigorated after the Christmas celebrations.
This year our focus, as a business, is to try and do everything a little better than we have done before. Not by reinventing the wheel, but by looking at our tasks and taking a moment to see if they can be improved for the benefit of our customers, our team and our services.
We have already taken opportunities to improve our design team’s product and design skills, venturing outside of the showrooms to attend the national KBB industry show at the NEC and visiting Schüller in Germany for product training.
Nearer to home, senior members of the team are taking a more proactive approach to business networking, building local awareness of Hobson's Choice through online and face-to-face opportunities.
And finally, Terry Brown joined us in February. He will assist the design team through the installation phase of a project, helping to deliver an even higher level of project management and fitting quality through his skill and experience.
These are just three examples of the incremental and continuous improvements we are making. We have lots more ideas in the pipeline and I’m looking forward to sharing them with you in our seasonal newsletters.
