My 35 years of working within this industry started with a grounding in hardware & ironmongery, progression to management within the first ‘superstore’ chain of the then newly, emerging DIY market, leading onto my love of working with design and supply of bespoke interiors, covering kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms & lounge furniture. During my 25 years of service I have brought to hobsons|choice a wealth of product knowledge and technical expertise, gleaned throughout my working career.
My role concerns the administration of sales to some of our larger contract clients, ensuring correct & timely supply. I also provide technical support for the designers, with assistance in product selection, preparation of quotations and preparation of the technical specifications our fitting teams require for efficient installation. My brief also covers the all-important after sales service issues.
Over the years I have noticed that the combination of the team, the products, the installation and our attention to detail, all add together, and always seem, to provide a total exceeding the sum of the parts and this is what we call the “hobsons|choice factor”.
