Of course we have our own ideas, but we want to propose solutions that are tailored to the way you, the client, lives. It's simple: no two bathrooms or kitchens are exactly alike because no two clients are exactly alike.
Once we've established the initial brief, we get to work. In drawing up a detailed plan, we'll incorporate your ideas and add a few of our own too, giving you the benefit of our experience and design flair.
We'll then take you through the plans, explaining our reasoning behind different solutions, and making amendments as necessary. This is the most exciting stage for any designer. It is when we are learning so much about you, your lifestyle and your needs. Even if there are areas of the initial design that you are not so enamoured by, these help us to develop an understanding that will enable us to ensure the final proposal is the very best use of space for you.
Once the design has been agreed, the next stage is to draw up a detailed schedule. We do this for two reasons. Firstly, good planning is key to ensuring that everything runs smoothly and prevents unnecessary delays. Secondly, we understand that renovations can be stressful. We want our clients to be confident that they know what's going on and exactly how the project should be progressing along the way.
It's now time for our craftspeople to begin work. Naturally, we employ only skilled professionals who share our obsession with small details. Crisp and sharp contemporary design demands an equally crisp and sharp execution. In addition, while a certain amount of noise and dust is inevitable, we always tidy up at the end of the day to minimise the impact on our clients' lives.

For example, following a kitchen installation, your appliance manuals, cleaning instructions and guarantee cards will be provided to you on completion in an organised file. We will ensure that you are confident using your new appliances and furniture, providing site demonstrations as required and the attendance of a home economist to demonstrate some of the more involved professional appliances. Once in use, we will happily pop back to ensure that all doors and drawers have remained in perfect alignment following your move into the kitchen.
We will phone you towards the end of the first 12 months following the completion of your project to check that you are still perfectly happy with the installation and that no further adjustments are necessary.
