Gaggenau Kitchen Workshop at the Swindon Studio

To kick-off our autumn client cooking events Gaggenau Home Economist, Allison Sawyer, hosted a ‘Kitchen Workshop’ for invited guests at our Swindon studio. During the ‘cook-a-long’, willing attendees assisted Allison to prepare ingredients and cook on the array of Gaggenau appliances in our ‘live’ bulthaup b3 kitchen.

All of the recipes we chosen to showcase key Gaggenau appliances and cooking equipment including the induction wok, steam combination oven and pizza baking stone. Throughout the event guests enjoyed the fruits-of-their-labour, sampling the delicious food whilst Allison explained how to get the best from their own appliances at home.

By the time dessert was ready, an Almond & Blueberry Tart with Fig & Walnut Sticky Pudding and Cream, our guests had already enjoyed a stone-baked pizza, Monkfish Paella and Chicken stir-fry with steamed vegetables. No-one left feeling hungry!
